Obviously eating is what it’s all about. Here are some quality dinner places you should feast at: 

• I Banchi – They do a set menu, but also al a carte. 
• Salumeria Barocco – this is a small family owned deli, serving great local delicacies. Perfect if you don’t want a full meal. (Also their Grapfruit Aperol is superb!)
• Camùri Ristorante – Nice Sicilian restaurant, with a more posh touch
• A’ Rusticana and Trattoria La Bettola are two restaurants that are cheaper but still good value for the money. If you are not a big foodie you’ll certainly appreciate these 2 places. But La Bettola does fill up, so make a reservation or rock up before 8.30pm. 
• “Cucina & Vino” Osteria e Ristorante is a quality sScilian restaurant, they do slow food so be prepared for a sit down. 
• If you have a hunger for a posh meal, then Duomo Ristorante is your go to – but it’s significantly more expensive than the other restaurants. 

Other things you cannot miss food wise: 

• Cantunera Ibla – Sicilian street food, try their Arancini and Cannoli!
• Gelati Divini – This place is made for Emma! Wine and ice cream, their moscato ice cream is superb. They really go all in for new gelato flavours while also having some classics. It really is one of the best ice cream places in Sicily!
• Caffè Moak serve excellent cappucino and tasty Granite, which is a Sicilian take on slush ice cream. 
• A bit of a trek but don’t miss out on Panificio Giummarra – here you should try Scaccia Ragusana, its like a folded pizza. It originates from here and is very local. This place is perfect for a quick brekkie or lunch.
